What we collect, what we don’t.
The short version: we collect what we need to run a marketplace and nothing else. Full template review by a marketplace lawyer is on the Phase 2 roadmap.

What we collect
- Inquiry data: when you submit an offer or question, we store your email, optional name, message, and offer amount.
- Listing analytics: page views per listing (anonymous, no IP linkage).
- Cookies: a small set for theme preference (localStorage) and Clerk authentication (admin only). No marketing cookies, no cross-site tracking.
What we don’t collect
- No marketing or advertising trackers
- No data sold or shared with third parties
- No buyer or seller behavioral profiles
Service providers
Limited data is shared with the third-party services we use to operate:
- Vercel — hosting (request logs)
- Neon — database (listings, inquiries, deals)
- Clerk — admin authentication
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Escrow.com — fund holding for active deals (only when you fund escrow)
- Stripe — invoicing for closed-deal success fees
- PostHog — privacy-respecting page analytics
