BizConsign is the marketplace we wished existed when we wanted to buy or sell a small live software business — visual-first, escrow-backed, and free of the M&A vocabulary that alienates indie buyers.

Why “consign?”

Real consignment shops — Poshmark, The RealReal, StockX, Grailed — lead with photo, status, and curated voice. None of the existing digital business marketplaces do that. Most feel like Bloomberg terminals. We’re building the boutique you’re proud to walk into.

The model

7% flat success fee on every sale. No listing fees. No memberships. Escrow.com holds funds until asset transfer is verified. We help with domain push, repo handover, and customer-data migration when needed.

Phase 1

We’re launching with hand-curated inventory from one founder’s portfolio while we prove buyer-side demand. Phase 2 opens to outside sellers with verified-revenue badges and a published comparables archive.
